These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) including the Privacy Policy govern the offer and sale of products on MYSHOEPASSION.IT
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering any products on MYSHOEPASSION website. By ordering any of our Products, you agree these terms and conditions.
The products for sales on MYSHOEPASSION.IT are sold and invoiced by Tigerfoxy SA, a company registered in Switzerland under Registre du Commerce CH 308.006.901
Copyrights and all other intellectual property rights, including names, trademarkes, videos and logos, on the website are registered and unregistrered trademarks owned by Tigerfoxy SA.
The images associated to a product information sheet are for information purposes only and may not be perfectly representative of the product’s characteristics. They may differ in colour, material or size (one possible reason being the browser and the monitor used as well as the display of the images). Minor discrepancies between the photos and the actual products do not qualify as a product defect.
MYSHOEPASSION will will uses a unique 3D modeling configurator, so that the images seen are a mocked visual representation of how your shoes should look like and there may be slight colour/material variations in the actual product you receive.
Materials and colours may vary from batch to batch. We cannot accept responsibility for any variations in colour, shade and texture.

Myshoepassion shoes are custom made only for you with your initials and cannot be returned. Should you change idea after the purchase, you have 5 days to cancel or amend your order and we will refund you on the same credit card the payment was made with. After this period, we will be unable to cancel or amend your order.
3. Price, Taxes and Other charges
The prices stated on our Website at the time of your order apply. The prices shown on the Site shall be inclusive of taxes and VAT in EU and Switzerland.
Customers will be charged in Euros and the final price will depends on the exchange rates on the day of the purchase applied by the payment circuit ( Paypal or Credit Card) or by the bank for transfers. Depending on the payment method, you may be subject to a fee which we will not be able to influence.
Depending on your delivery address, different taxation rules and additional charges may apply. In some countries, you may be required to pay import duties upon receipt of the products, and we do not have any control over these charges and we cannot advise on their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes that are not included.
It is your responsibility to comply with all requirements imposed by the local Customs authority in relation to your order. This may include the provision of identification information in order to receive your order. Before placing an order, we recommend that you make yourself aware of local import duties or other requirements. We will not be liable or responsible if you breach any such laws.
Where deliveries are requested to countries not part of the European Union, any import-related customs expense shall be borne by the recipient. Accordingly, Customers are invited to contact the customs authorities in their country beforehand to check on the import costs and on any import restrictions.

Any costs for the forwarding of goods or payment-related expenses shall, in any case, be notified in advance to the Customer through the Site or these Conditions.
Shipping is free in mainland EU countries and Switzerland. Additional fees will added for EU islands and outside EU.
Shipping times are approximately 3 weeks as shoes production only starts after the order has been confirmed.
Myshoepassion reserves the rights to cancel orders should the destination country rules and regulations not allow delivery of custom made products.
Products purchased shall be delivered to the address indicated by the customers in the order. Tigerfoxy reserves the option to accept, or not to accept, requests for deliveries outside Italian or European borders.
Certain countries may also require other certification or information for your order to be delivered, which may delay your delivery Please note: if you are aware of any such rules please provide this info when placing your order.
Check your order status: when your order has been shipped you will receive an email which will allow you to access the order tracking system
6. Promotion codes
Promotion codes have different time periods of validity and are applicable for purchase of any product available on the website. To determine the validity period, please refer to the document which contains the promotion code.
MySHOEPASSION reserves the right to cancel or block a promotion code, if deemed necessary due to legal reasons, for example, in case of loss or misuse of the promotion code. You will be informed in the case of cancelling or blocking the promotion code.
